Sustainability Course Launched Statewide

A new course called “Sustainability in the Building and Construction Trades” was mailed this week to all building-trades apprenticeship programs statewide.  The course on DVD, an initiative of the WDC’s Green Building Skill Panel, gives new apprentices foundational knowledge of green-building concepts and practices.  A “train the trainer” workshop will be held on March 26 to help instructors incorporate the material in their programs. Read more about the WDC’s work in construction and green building…
