Information Technology/Interactive Media
Technology and technology-related jobs are evolving rapidly, making the idea of information technology as a stand-alone sector somewhat of an anachronism. Information technology skills are increasingly critical for a broad spectrum of occupations and sectors, as the WDC's workforce efforts in this area reflect.
Interactive media (video gaming and more) is an important and growing part of this sector. Working closely with enterpriseSeattle, the WDC convened a sector panel for this industry and completed an interactive media career map.
