Clarification concerning project defined outcomes. Information in italics is provided for clarification of outcomes
Project-defined outcomes include :
Employment retention-90% (for all enrollees )
Employment promotion-50% will receive promotions (for all enrollees)
Increase in individual assets (savings, retirement accounts, tools)-(33% of all enrollees)
Progress toward individual self-sufficiency, based on income gains, as measured through the WDC’s self-sufficiency calculator = 75% ( for every enrollee)
Wage gains- at least a 20% gain for every enrollee
Enrollment / completion of additional short-term training beyond GST(60% or 70 enrolled, 80% or 56 of those complete )
Enrollment / completion of longer-term advancement courses (33% or 40 enroll,70% or 28 complete)
